NEOSID Choke Series – New Replacements for Sd75 and Bs75
NEOSID have announced the launch of their new Sd76 and Bs78 choke series, developed as direct successors to the widely used Sd75 and Bs75 inductors.
These next-generation components provide improved performance, enhanced EMI characteristics, and long-term availability for both new designs and ongoing projects.
Sd76 Choke Series – Wide Inductance Range & High Current Capability
The new Sd76 axial choke series offers a broad inductance range from 3.3 µH up to 150 mH, with current ratings reaching up to 3.5 A depending on value.
Designed for stable and efficient operation in electronic circuits, Sd76 chokes are ideal for:
- Power supply filtering
- Signal conditioning
- Decoupling applications
Key features include low DC resistance, strong high-frequency performance, and full RoHS, REACH and halogen-free compliance.
Bs78 Series – Magnetically Shielded Inductors for EMI Control
The Bs78 series introduces a magnetically shielded choke design, reducing stray magnetic fields and improving EMC performance in compact PCB layouts.
With an inductance range from 0.1 mH to 150 mH and an extended operating temperature of -40°C to +125°C, Bs78 components are particularly suited for:
- EMI suppression
- High-frequency filtering
- Dense electronic assemblies
Magnetic shielding also enables improved circuit stability and reduced interference between neighbouring components.
